Infertility Assessment & IVF

A compassionate, evidence-based approach to fertility challenges, integrating thorough diagnostics, guided conception, IVF, and specialized surgical care.

Navigating the Fertility Journey

Struggling to conceive can be an emotional and physically demanding experience. We believe in providing clear, supportive, and individualized care to help you understand your fertility potential and the options available to you.

Our approach begins with a comprehensive evaluation of both partners to uncover potential barriers to conception, such as ovulation disorders (like PCOS), blocked fallopian tubes, male factor infertility, or conditions like endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Treatment Pathways

  • Ovulation Induction & IUIFor conditions like PCOS or unexplained infertility, carefully monitored medications can stimulate ovulation. Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) may be recommended to help facilitate conception in a minimally invasive way.
  • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)When advanced assistance is appropriate, IVF may provide a structured pathway. Eggs are retrieved, fertilized in a laboratory, and an embryo may then be transferred into the uterus. Expected outcomes vary with age, diagnosis and other individual factors.
  • Fertility-Enhancing SurgeryFor selected patients, laparoscopic or hysteroscopic treatment of fibroids, polyps, endometriomas or endometriosis may be considered before attempting conception or assisted reproduction. The potential benefit must be balanced against ovarian reserve, recovery time and surgical risk.

Coordinated, Patient-Centered Care

Fertility treatments require careful timing, continuous monitoring, and adjustments. Dr Bimal John offers a cohesive approach where your diagnostic, surgical, and reproductive treatments are seamlessly aligned.

Conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids or uterine polyps are assessed in the context of age, ovarian reserve, symptoms and previous treatment before deciding whether surgery or fertility treatment should come first.
